Project Overview

The aim was to design a user-friendly web app that leverages Al to generate marketing content. The app provides pre-built templates for blog posts, allows users to import their own content, and guides them with filters and customization options.

Target Audience

Small and medium businesses, marketers, content creators looking for efficient ways to generate high-quality marketing content.

My responsibilities

I was responsible for designing the entire user interface, conducting usability testing and ensured a smooth developer hand-off.

Problem Statement

Small Businesses and marketers often struggled with creating consistent, high-quality marketing content quickly. The process was overwhelming, especially without hiring professional writers.

Challenges

The current UX/UI of the web app was hindering user efficiency and adoption due to a lack of intuitive workflow, and inconsistent visual design.

User Research

User Interviews

Conducted interviews with marketers and small business owners to understand their pain points.

Competitive Analysis

Analyzed existing content generation tools that had good Al models but lacked advanced filtering, personalization, and clarity in guiding Al-generated outputs.

Key insights

- They wanted pre-built templates to save time but needed flexibility to adjust content.

- Users wanted Al suggestions but wanted clear ways to guide the Al based on their brand's voice and tone.

- They also desired an easy way to import existing content for revision.
